From your first call to ongoing support, here's exactly what to expect when you start care with us.
It starts with a conversation. Call (215) 436-8252 or request care online, and we'll talk through your loved one's situation, answer your questions about services and cost, and help you understand what care might look like.
We visit the home to meet your loved one, understand their routines and preferences, assess safety considerations, and begin building a personalized plan of care. This is also your chance to ask questions and get a feel for how we work.
Based on the assessment, we match a screened, trained caregiver suited to your loved one's personality, needs, and schedule. Every caregiver has completed PA State Police criminal history checks, health and TB screening, and competency training before working with clients.
Your caregiver begins visits according to the agreed schedule, following the plan of care built around your loved one's routines. Caregivers document each visit, and families receive updates on how things are going.
Needs change over time. We conduct ongoing supervisory visits and stay in communication with families, adjusting the plan of care as circumstances evolve — whether that means adding hours, changing services, or increasing the level of support.
